SALES & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REF. 5288 Salary £16,500 pro rata 3 month contract. You must have a minimum of 2 years office experience together with 5 GCSE passes, minimum grade C, including Maths and English. You will have experience of Windows applications and an interest in HTML would be helpful as you will be updating the web site or sending out marketing information by email. A good telephone manner is essential and some computer hardware knowledge would be an advantage.
SENIOR ESTIMATOR (3 MONTH CONTRACT) Ref. 5243 Salary £45-50.00 per hour Reporting to the Manager of Estimating the candidate will be principally responsible for the preparation of Services and Total Erected Cost (TEC) estimates. Knowledge and Skills: ·Graduate caliber, Senior/Lead estimating experience·Ideally the candidate will possess an engineering background, although this in not essential ·Experience in estimating environment·Ideally an in depth understanding of Refining, Petrochemicals and Upsteam Oil and Gas Processes including estimate practices and norms. Personal Qualities: ·Determination and the highest integrity·An excellent communicator able to work at all levels of the organization·Candidates will possess a clear and simple presentation style and emphasise the importance of clear and concise information.
BILLING ANALYST Ref. 5235 Salary £25,700 pro rata 10 month maternity cover from November 08. Responsible for the billing and supplier invoice reconciliation. 3+ years accounts receivable experience record. Maintain accurate reporting of billing status on monthly revenue report. Identify and resolve billing disputes and reporting. Knowledge of German language skills beneficial but not essential. Willingness to travel within the UK or international. V Lookups and Excel are a prerequisite. Excellent PC skills including MS Windows, SAP and Workflow systems.
TELESALES Ref. T-th3001 Temp to perm position, generating leads for salesmen nationwide, good IT knowledge having ideally worked in IT. Must be confident to chase salesmen for progress on leads.
